Re-Launch Event on Friday 22nd October 2010…
Station House Dental Practice in Telford has opened a new £500,000 wing to cater for 2,000 more patients, creating seven new jobs. The facilities include two new surgeries, a state-of-the-art decontamination suite and a larger car park to cater for more patients.
Dr Harj Basra, who set up the practice in 1999, said more than 25,000 patients have already been treated at the practice. Friday’s grand opening also saw football legends Bert Williams MBE and Steve Bull MBE attend the event.
Dr Basra added that the new facilities will bring it into the 21st century of dentistry. “I am absolutely delighted to open the new facilities” he said. “When I started out in 1999 there was just one dentist with two surgeries and now we have seven surgeries and employ 26 full-time staff.”
As part of the practice relaunch, Dr Basra, a lifelong Wolverhampton Wanderers fan, invited the two Wolves legends to the event. Mr Bull said: “This is great news for the area. I saw the practice before and after, and I think it is superb. Harj is a mad Wolves fan so it’s great to be able to come here and celebrate with him.”

Always excellent service and the staff are nice and friendly.My last visit was to see the hygienist and she was lovely. What can I say, going here makes a trip to the dentist a rather pleasant experience!
